Upon being baptized as a member of the Church of England, I'd say, "There's no constitutional problem here."  The Act of Settlement of 1708 only prohibits members of the Royal Family from marrying Roman Catholics.  As to why I'd want to marry Prince William (if I was not old enough to be his mother), that might prove another problem (that has nothing to do with skin colour).
