  1. It's true, I was getting my food sanitation license when I took a tour of their kitchen. They rotate the fresh beef and use a machine to make it into patties.

  2. Product is kept cold and rotated. It never needs to be preserved because it is cooked and sold.

  3. This is really true! I worked for Wendy's many years ago, and one of Dave Thomas's founding principles was that meat that had been frozen was not good. It breaks down the protein bond and makes the meat more tough. The first thing done in a Wendy's when it opens: Beef is pulled from cooler in bulk, and fed into a "pattie machine" for shaping. Also, their beef is always cooked fresh every hour. Any beef left over is used to make their Chili. Wendy's has a very tender burger for a "fast food joint"!

  4. They are just lying. It gives in more business and people are so gullable to commercials.

  5. I use to work there. Not true. I remember pulling patties out of the freezer time & time again.

  6. i bet you they are just lying and they just say that so you go to eat there. they probably keep all the meet in the freezer.
