Amy's grandma came over and she has Alzheimer's so later in the episode she decides that she is incapable of helping Amy with the baby because she decides to live in an old folk's home. Adrienne wants to find out who her father is and so she tries flirting with the guidance counselor so that he can get her birth certificate from the records. Madison and Lauren (Amy's best friends) try to compete for Ricky's attention because they both think they can get a boyfriend before the other can. Ben keeps seeing Amy everywhere because he's halluciating. Adrienne has Jack help her to break into the school to get her birth certificate and then the guidance counselor comes and asks Jack why he is helping her and Adrienne tells him that because her and Grace are friends now she is gonna get Jack and Grace back together and the guidance counselor gives her birth certificate. Later we find out that Grace's brother is adopted and Grace says it was because Grace's brother's real mom died and the dad couldn't handle it and so her dad being a great doctor adopted him. Madison gets asked out by Lauren's brother and they are going on a date and finally Ben and Amy talk on the phone and Amy tells Ben that she is staying.
