So about inviting my ex to the next sonogram.. to find out the gender?

i imed him saying, "hey in a few weeks i find out the gender " and he goes :"i dont give a **** i hope it dies if you ask me for child support i will visit the baby and make it think that you are a terrible person"

TELL ME THIS WILL HELP ME IN COURT

im seriously shaking im so fuckcing pissed off. i do not want him having visitation, i will flee the state with the baby lol not litterally but he will NOT come near us. ever.

unfortunately, printing it out and taking it to court will do nothing for you. I tried that with my ex and was informed that since it's off the internet and *I* printed it out, it could have been tampered with and is therefore inadmissable. I don't think he'll try for visitation if he doesn't care about the baby, and I wouldn't take his threats seriously. I would go ahead and file for support, and just not to talk to him until that time. Won't it be nice for him to think your leaving him alone and then he gets slapped with a child support order? :) It's pretty hard to strip a father of all his rights though. Unless you can get him to sign over his parental rights, which of course I think you can't get child support if he does.

Edited: Print it out and keep it for court, but that doesn't mean you will get anything better out of it in court. Don't bother involving him in the pregnancy and birth. It is his loss. Make sure you get his share of income to help raise the baby though if you want it. Although he would have the right to see the baby, so I don't know if that is a good idea. Just stay away from him from now on, don't let him get you stressed out. Go out and find something nice for yourself to relax.

he can say that someone else went on his screename and said that. its amazing how easily people can get out of some stuff.....

anyways....just dont tell him when the baby is born, dont try and get support or anything, keep him out of your lives for good cuz he is obviously a toxic human being.

Save it, print it out and keep a record of date and time.  It certainly can't hurt to have it in court, Good luck.
