So about my cell phone...?

okay. so I lost my sidekick slide. so we ordered a new one. if I found my phone....but it was damaged...would I have to tell them? and if I used the SIM card on the new phone...to get the contacts on there...would they know? and I would get in trouble? OR is there a way that I could ask them to retrieve my contacts some how? like Tmobile could do it? like. w/o needing my phone but just find it like online or something?

they wouldnt know if you switched the sim cards.

but you havnt actually found youre old one have you?

if you find it just contact youre service provider.
