  1. Its shameful to even put Lebron in the same circle as those three.

  2. You know how many players are in the NBA? For three players to leave and people weep about especially if they're low impact players is crazy. Childress, Arroyo, and Boykins are leaving for sure and they're smart for it because they get their own house, car, maid, and they don't have to pay taxes. The NBA is not paying them top dollar so they will take their business elsewhere. Lebron is set. He is the face of the NBA and he will not leave he is too popular and he is being treated like a king so why would he leave he has everything he could ever want...

  3. Not just yet, but I understand what you're thinking. Honestly I think this is just a fad and most of those guys will be back in the NBA very soon. They won't get the same recognition in Spain, Greece, etc.

  4. well the euro keeps increasing while the US dollar is decreasing, who knows, somebody on here said that kobe bryant claimed that he will go to europe if they offered him 40 million, i dont know if that is true but its nowhere near being impossible, we dont know in 2010 our dollar value maybe half of the euro value, david stern doesnt want to address it but he will have to once one of the key players move out

  5. a lot of these nba players don't even start so i'm sure they won't even make headlines or be any better there. i bet they did it to get more popular. all they care about is how much money they get and they don't deserve to be in the NBA

  6. ahh.. lebron wont leave.. those player who left for europe were the ones who didnt have playing time and underrated. who cares if the leave.. i didnt even know that boykins has gone.. so.. why care?

  7. no, them are just the garbage players......im at level 2 baby, yea

  8. Yes-The NBA is losing role players that are sometimes are crucial parts to winning a game.

Losing LeBron would have a black mark on the NBA for a LONG time (I heard there is 50Mil a year RU KIDDING ME!)

  9. well  its their life..but if lebron goes then i will never watch basketball again cause that is just a disgrace and i would lose all respect for him and the game.

  10. Lol, crappy unloyal players went to another country, its the end of the world.

Let them leave so the stars can shine even more.

    And Lebron would never leave.

  11. Players have Been Known Take The Money Deal Over Being Part Of A Great Team For Less Cash Don't Be Surprised If More Of These Guys Trade Glory For  Wealth

  12. i would hate lebron for ever and ever and ever if he went to europe...but as long as wade and melo stay here im good ;)

    go heat

  13. cleveland will double what the greeks are offering him. they may even go to war. thats how trojan war started when the troys took the queen of greece.

  14. Don't get so excited. So what, they overpaid for some marginal players. They're going to learn over in Europe what MLS learned; that David Beckham stunt is not going to pay off. MLS doesn't make anywhere near enough what it needs to pay Beckham that ludicrous salary. No one in America cares. Becks is just a sideshow. Lebron will be too over there. He will get his endorsements dropped. He will get bored and his game will slide. He will cease to be relevant outside of the NBA.

Wow, the Euro Leagues got Boykins, Arroyo and Childress. These guys, with the exception of Childress, were marginal players on their way out. When the Euro economy heads south, the first thing to go is these idiots.

Even if America got all of Europe's best players, no one would still care about soccer. What's the point of stealing America's players? Lebron can leave, but his image in America will forever be shattered, and his career might never be the same.

  15. As much as it might seem to hurt the NBA to see good role players going to play overseas, the chance of superstar athletes going to play in Russia, Italy, and Greece is slim to none. The exposure isn't there, and the competition isn't there. Lebron wants to be a global icon more than he wants to make money. The NBA is the pinnacle of basketball in the world. Thats why so many players are leaving European teams to come here. They all want to be the next Pau Gasol, or the next Dirk Nowitzski.

And there are taxes in Europe, there's ways to get around them. Josh Childress actually signed a 32 million dollar deal, but when they report the contract they report it assuming the tax is already taken out. Its because Europe has a different tax system than the United States.

  16. 50 million a year, if it was me i would be outsky
