I don't know really...something just doesn't look right about it.

I think that the outfit clashes with the shoes and the bag because the outfit is soft colored and the shoes and the bag have bold colors

Try some regular jean shorts and a flowy top that has the same kind of blue of the purse in it.

But I get what you are going for, and I like your style.
