So deppresed about my results?

i wanted five a's at the least but i got

6 B'S 2 a* and 1 C.Iwant to do medicene or veterinary science, will i be able to do them with these gcse grades, ive got into sixthform and im doing physics chemistry biology and pe, and i will try very very very hard to get a's in all of them

  1. Maybe try phoning Connexions to book an appointment/careers consultancy with them?

    Google 'Connexions' (I'm not sure what the web address is), but don't be downhearted.

    Your results are fantastic and you should be very proud.

Getting in to Uni to study veterinary science or medicine will depend on your A-Level results, not your GCSE'S, your grades are good enough for you to study A-Levels so now you need to focus on these. If you know which uni you would like to study at you can have a look online or write to them asking what their entry requirements are. To get straight A's at A-Level is not easy, the jump is quite extreme from GCSE to A-Level. Good luck and knuckle down, if this is what you have your heart set on as a career you will succeed.
