After the fantastic job that Sarah Palin did this evening with her speech, I am sure that he is. If the Democrats weren't' scared to death before tonight they sure better be now. She didn't just get a hit tonight she hit a Grand Slam. Not only did she outline her own history and accomplishments; which any honest person would have to consider impressive, she lambasted Obama for his lack of accomplishment in public life. The whole time using specific examples; and comparison of McCain and Obama's records. I think that her speech will go a long way not only within the party but outside the party as well. Every average American can relate to this woman and her view of life. To be honest I have always been against the idea of a woman being president, but with the nomination of Sarah Palin as VP that has changed. I was wrong and quite frankly I think she could be elected president herself.

  1. She did give a good speech, but Obama won't be crying on his wife's shoulder. He's been through a 20 month campaign. This is just more of the same stuff he's heard. Nothing new.

I would never vote for McCain or Palin because I don't agree with their political beliefs. In the end, I think Obama will win this election.

  2. I doubt it.  According to the latest polls, he really has no reason to.  He's running neck and neck with McCain from what I can see...

  3. Uh, No.  I think the bar was set so low...Palin could hardly fail!

  4. In your eyes he is.

In the eyes of people who can think, Obama and team are thinking about their next move

Problem for Palin and the GOP is the truth

  5. h**l NO. ..his worse, tiring months with all the Wright and Hillary issues could not break him, it rather strengthened him so not Small Star Palin. With his dynamic wife on his side, he is tough as steel.  On the hand, it is Palin who just started the game and I am scarred for her attacking the press today...they will butcher her. National level is no joke and way different from her small town in Alaska where she has been sheltered.

  6. No, he's working overtime with his 300 advisors to work on a counter-attack. He'll be up all night! I love how she turned the tables. Obama attacked McCain, she attacked Obama. What a strong woman!

I was a democrat, but after Obama couldn't put a woman on the ticket with him and reached for Biden, a person who has said questionable things about women and blacks, I thought here is a guy that just wants to win, not make change. I was so excited to see that McCain put his money where his mouth is. He put a woman on the ticket and she fired stuff up tonight.

I believe she's a bulldog and won't go down without a fight. She'll give Mr. Biden a run for his money.

Let's break that glass ceiling, ladies!

  7. Maybe he will do a line to brighten his mood.

  8. Truly in awe of this woman - amazing what has taken place in less than a week.  She may one day (2012) be our first woman President.

  9. Oh h**l yeah

  10. omg, are you single?

if so i think i might marry you...

that was all very beautifull written!

and yea, he's probably crying like a baby.

she just punctured and hole in his balloon.

she's got this sh** down path.

  11. No, he's sleeping soundly, I'm sure. This whole NRC is as fake as the Stepford Wives. The NDC had real inspiration, passion, sense. This week's "show" is flat.

    Obama is the victor!

  12. I think Obama is crying from laughter.  Most average women cannot relate to her.  Most average women are not beauty queens and teach their children about birth control.  Sorry, don't lump me in the same category has her please!

  13. Her speech was childish and mundane. I also think that she was reading off the teleprompter. I am more interested in the investigation of her maybe having her sisters ex-husband fired from his state job. There is also talk about her firing a fireman because of his political views when she was mayor. I feel one of the biggest problems with all politicians is that they use their position for personal reasons. If she is guilty of using her position for this there is no way I want her as VP

  14. Nope, Palin will get her asss handed to her in the debates.
