No, I think Obama will win the state of Ohio, especially if he can win Texas.

I hope not, although it may be close. Those old-timers in Ohio are not into the whole "change" theme that Obama is offering.

In the last few elections, it's been shown that the longer Obama has to campaign in a place, the better he does. That said, Clinton did very well in California. On the other hand, it seems that "momentum" finally seems to be working in Obama's favor: conventional wisdom is that Clinton has all but lost this primary. But, that's what people said about New Hampshire.

Long story short, if I were a Vegas oddsmaker, I'd put 2:1 for Obama. But it could really go either way. What will be interesting is if they split the two states evenly.

Not really. I live in Ohio and almost everyone I know is a big Obama supporter. But perhaps that's just around here...
