Well said knightz. He'll be banned for life from league. Don't know if they can do anything or not about his playing rugby. I read that when Tallis pulled out of his contract for the Dragons and sat out a season, he played club rugby in Brisbane without any problems , so who knows.

ban him for life.sue him ,his manager nasser and the french rugby club.the french rugby club knew very well that sbw is under contract to the bulldogs but still signed him.nasser will also be accountable for sbw leaving the club that fed him.his manager wants more slice of his earnings.ban the hypocrite from nrl.there are more young talents in the junior ranks that kids can look up too.come on bulldogs fans!!!!it's just another drama in our proud club and we will all move on.sbw will some day get too old to play any code but the club will stay for another 100 year.

No, they won't ban Sonny Bill for life, because rugby union doesn't make a habit of trapping their elite players into dodgy contracts making them take less than they're worth.....

He won't play RL again.  They will ban him for life.  But the French have already signed him up for the big bucks.

Just in case you're wondering, they can't make him come back and finish his contract.  All they can do is sue him but that could be a long time and very expensive.
