We had that issue in the Dorm. Just used a store bought spray can and left the room with windows closed for a day. Opened the windows at night and let the room air out. You will have to leave the house till it airs out but it worked for us.

You dont have to call an exterminator if you cant afford one. Permethrins kill bedbugs. Its the stuff they use to kill lice. Raid makes a good home fogger with lots of permethrins. First,  Spray the heck out of the mattress box springs  and bedframe with the bedding spray that is used to kill lice.  Second bomb your whole house with the fogger.  I would take the mattresses out of the frames to make sure they are well exposed. Youll have to leave for at least 3-4 hours and air out the house. Don't worry they are odor free. It wont stink when you get back.  Immediately buy some zippered vinyl mattress covers for all mattresses and box springs.  Wash all your bedding. You may have to repeat in 2 weeks to kill any newly hatched eggs. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
