So does peanut butter makes u fat or skinny??

some researches say peanut butter won't make us gain weight if we eat it in moderation and many diets for losing weight include peanut butter

but we all know that peanut butter is super high in calories

im kinda confused

  1. in excess it makes you fat.  


  2. It's not *that* high in calories. A spoonful on a peanut butter sandwich every day will not make you gain a thing. You only encounter trouble when you begin eating spoonfuls directly out of the jar.  

  3. it cannot make us gain weight if we eat in moderation as well as do some kind of exercise also . Eating in moderation only does not help. well it is just because it has some nutritious value also

  10. Great Question...... It is high in calories so one would think that it would make somebody gain weight..... But i think peanuts help you lose weight as for it is a protein. Red meat nuts and fish help people lose weight but only if your exercising.

    but it is a weight ganer. everytime I eat it, I gain weight as opposed to veggies etc  treat it like a desert, not to often but indulge once in awhile.

  14. Nothing is fattening if you eat it in moderation...Peanuts are also high in protein, that is why they include it in slimming diets

    Its very filling so I don't think you can eat too much.

    Just follow a diet, Im sure they know what they talking about.
