  1. volleyball how? and u wont make it only short girls make it how can a tall girl be a flyer anyways plus how can a tall girl weigh 108 thats bad u dont want to be anarexic.

  2. Hard work and discipline.  You need to eat right and exercise.  Talk to your family and friends if they really love you they will try to keep the junk food out of reach for you.  Go to the gym 5-6 days a week at least 3 days devoted solely to cardio workouts.

  3. Loose another 34 lbs.

  4. Exersice and eat right and try to have confidence in you.

  5. why is this in the volleyball section??

  6. Have you looked at you body to fat ratio? Also don't try to loose under what you should weigh, then you will end up not feeling well and looking terrible. Try this site to figure out what you should weigh. http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.ht...

Try eating less white items: rice, white bread, whole milk. Don't eat fast food, don't drink sodas, coffee, try drinking green teas or lots of water. Break the meals you eat now into half and eat a little more often so your body doesn't think it has to wait to store the next thing it gets. Instead of 3 meals a day break them in half and eat the 6 smaller meals every 2 to 3 hours.

  7. Eat healthy and exercise. But 34 lbs is a lot to lose in a short time.

  8. so volleyball is about losing pounds now...

  9. Take it from a sporty gal, run. Run around your block for an huor every morning, and eat right.

I'm 13 and I'm not trying to brag but I only weigh 75 pounds. I'M NOT ANOREXIC! I wake up at four every morning and I run for and hour up until two hours, you feel really good after though!
