  1. yes of course you will because youll be eating healthy and doing your exercise. stop eating junk food. try to use it only once a week

  2. Try to not have that junk in the house, and don't you dare buy it!  Lol

If someone else has to have that c**p in the house, have someone who really cares about you, hide the goodies.  I'm not even kidding!  My husband loves chocolate candy bars. (Soho fattening!) If I knew where they were I'd eat about 10 of them and feel sick for two days. So he hides them from me.  Someplace dry.  I'm so thankful to him!!

It takes willpower too.  Just remember it total garbage, and it's gonna make you feel crappy after you eat it.  You'll have a few minutes of fun, and then just imagine how you'll feel afterward. It's just not worth it. And yes, go back to the right foods and drink lots of water, and the weight will fall right off.

Bless you and Good luck!  :)

  3. Well, first of all, binging is never good, and it doesn't help you lose weight. Since you exercise regularly, you shouldn't be eating tons of junk food anyways because your body won't be able to run on it. Go back to your old eating habits and keep exercising. That is the best way to lose weight. You shouldn't worry so much if you have a healthy lifestyle, because chances are, you're only gaining weight because you're growing. Also, try to relax a little bit. Stress isn't good for the body, and that could also be a factor in gaining weight. Please just stop binging though, because it will rot your insides and your teeth, and then it won't even matter if you're skinny or not. Good luck. :)
