So he is a scorpio with a moon in leo and I am aries/taurus(april 20) with a moon in gemini.?

Point is there is this bloody magnetic attraction/connection that you can even breathe in the air when we are together.We seem to not be able to stay apart from one another but he keeps playing some sort of game,likes me,wants me,does not want to lose me yet we do not take it further.He enjoys chasing me.Till when?Is there some sort of dark,sick manipulation developing underneath this..or could there be some kind of emotional attachment that finds him doing all this?It's been 3 bloody months

With scorpio you have to be patient, they take time to make up their mind and only jump into things when they're not really interested in the long-term.  Live in the moment, be yourself.  If you're feeling this, most likely he probably is too.  If he's calling and meeting up with you, it shows he's not just trying to get in your pants, he likes you.  Scorpios are complex, but he wouldn't be hanging with you if he didn't like you.
