So i was given an epidural shot in my back to help with the agonizing pain of degenerate discs in my back. At the time of the shot the doctor hit the nerve between the l-3 and l-4 discs. He said "I hit the nerve didn't I" since then the pain in my back and down my leg has gotten worse, and now parts of my foot have gone numb. I recently went to another doctor.he told me that discs were not giving me the pain so now i have to have a lumbar mylogram to see if it is the nerves. If it is would i be able to sue since i signed a waver saying that i know that this could cause different problems or am i pretty much screwed since i never really sign away my rights to sue. So please if anyone can help please by all means answer

  1. I just recently had some epidurals on my back too for a herniated disk and you're pretty much screwed because they write all the little things like that in the paper they make you sign, I mean you could reread the paper but I'm pretty sure it covers all their mistakes.

  2. get a lawyer,

    go over that with them

and see if u can sue
