Being biased against clowns would not be racism.

bin Laden would be worse as he's supposedly sane, and plans to do the terrorist acts.  The joker just as often does them on the spur of the moment, but he's supposedly crazy.

However, bin Laden would be the worse (not worst since you're only comparing two) of the two, because he's real.  Oh, wait, you wrote "ousamamama bin laden".  Who's he?
