So how do I get a job!!?

I am 16 years old and I have applied at Bed, Bath and Beyond TWICE and I did not get one call back. I think its because I have no job experience or references. I recently applied at Forever 21 (about a week ago) and I put down that I have babysat for a family friend -- I hope that it helps! I called Forever 21 yesterday from my cousins cell phone and I asked if there was anybody I can talk to about an application I turned and they said that they haven't set up any interviews yet. So what do I do? How can I get a CALL BACK?

You need to be sure that there is a vacany for what you are applying. And if not sure than you need to make sure that you hand over your resume to the concerned right person at the store. This shall help you getting a job there.

Also if you are not sure then you need to build up your resume so strong that no one can refuse you. Atleast you need to be sure that they cannot neglet your resume atall.

Slow down and enjoy your youth focus on school. If you really want to work do fast food.

its so hard to get a job at a store at your age, something easy would be telemarketing, yes it sucks but it's all youll be able to get a call back from at your age
