if i have good typing skils and good communications skills how do i go about applying for this kind of work do i have to go to a certain place to apply or through an agency?

Either way.  Check the jobs open in your local paper, or find a no fee employment service.  Also, check with your local government employment service.  Again, do not agree to pay a fee.  Let the employer pay a fee.
