So how far do you think anaheim can/will go this year?

ok so last year we got teemu and nieds back in the middle of the season now with nieds back for the whole season this year and possibly teemu to. we have a second line center and maybe second line scoring coming back but if teemu comes back how good will the ducks be and can they go far in the playoffs. another question who do u think the ducks will get in return for matheiu schnieder cuz we need to dump some salary cap?

they weren't the same team last year...but they have a good chance of making it far in the playoffs in 08/09 season and might even win the cup if someone knocks Detroit out.

I don't know about Schnieder, but I don't think the ducks will do any better than they did last year. Sorry. They're capable of going to the conference finals. But this year I see them losing to either the Red Wings or Stars in the playoffs, just like the past season.

They haven't improved. And that's how it works in hockey. Detroit maintained its roster plus added Hossa. The Stars are an up and coming team that will probably be better this year. By comparison Anaheim has been stagnant.

They'll make the playoffs. Depending on the match-ups, they could get to the conference finals, but they won't represent the west... if they did they'd win the cup. I just don't see them getting through Detroit or Dallas.
