  1. Sounds like you are having an anxiety attack.  Relax.

  2. I'm only 26 weeks and scared out my mind!

    All I know is just calm down.  Idk anythings else. Just try to relax and breath..

    wooosawww.. =)

  3. The best thing to do is take some long deep breaths. You need to calm yourself down. The best thing you can do to help your baby is relax and breath. If you are that worried you should call your doc and discuss everything with them. Have you been eating and drinking recently? Have a snack and a glass of water while you wait for the doc to call back.

  4. You are going to be fine. Your pulse ox was probably a little low because you tend to breathe more shallow when you are pregnant because of the baby squishing your diaphragm. 92 is not low enough for there to be a problem. Have you Dr give you some iron pills for your anemia. The most important thing for you to do right now is to take some deep breaths and relax. Everything really is ok.

  5. If you are worried call your OB and get the answering service to have him call you back. He will tell you what to do. Good Luck

  6. I really don't no to much about your situation, but I do no that you need to calm down and get some of that stress off of you, this isn't good for the baby.

  7. Relax you are having an anxiety attack I would contact the er again if you can not relax.

  8. Well it is not unusual to be anxious but I don't always trust ER ether  so call your regular Doctor and ask him to look over the results when he does his rounds. Better safe than sorry.
