I asked recently if there was a way to get your menstral cycle started sooner or later than usual and of course i knew better, but with all the pills on the market and different kinds of power drinks who know really what is all out there. ANYWAY here is another "I should know better" question. Is it true that water and daily exercises help speed up the process of your period? Are there any other tricks of the trade. I'm sure not but it will be interesting hear so if there are...

  1. I don't know about exercise helping speed up your period, but I've read that exercise does help with PMS symptoms.  That women who exercise usually have less PMS symptoms.  And if you getting bloating the water can help with that too.  Good luck!

The longer you dont have your period the better!!  periods are just incovenient, messy,  basically just a nuissance! there really isnt anything you can do to speed up your period. natures law. water and daily exercises dont help speed up the process of your period. Hormones control your growth. Enjoy not having your period!!
