So i do i apply for a hardship license?

I live in texas and i live with only my mom...and theres no way for her to pick me up and take me to school. I do i apply.

Why don't you have a regular license in the first place?  Is it because you are too young (in which case you are out of luck) or a DUI (in which case you should be out of luck, but probably aren't)?

Sure you can apply.  You won't get it, based on that.  See, they have school busses here in Texas, and you can take the bus to school.  Or you can walk.  

They don't give hardship licenses to kids who live in cities and towns.  You basically have to be on a farm 200 miles from anywhere, to get one.

I've never heard of a hardship license.  Besides, a bus would be free or at least cheaper than a car.
