  1. Try WD-40 or go to Sharpies web site and look for tips on removal.  Remember, it is manufactured as a "permanent marker".  Maybe time to paint it with Kilz and refinish the desk.  Good luck.

  2. Your so-called friends' blood.

  3. nail polish remover :) will work perfect

  4. ACETONE

  5. Mr. Clean magic erasers work really well it took the marker marks off of my desk and wall and it did not harm the finish.  vinegar also may work but it could mess up the finish and the same with WD-40.

  6. try armstong's magic eraser that should most defenitely works, but if it doesnt i would just paint over it

  7. Try vinegar

  8. I'd scrape off the sharpie and paint over the scraped parts.

There probably isn't much hope for cleaning it off with some chemical.

  9. they don't sound like friends to me.

  10. Unfortunately, nothing that I know of. The ink in Sharpies  is called permanent for a reason. Acetone will sometimes work but not always. Kick your friends in the rear and make them pay for the paint to refinish the desk.

  11. If none of those worked, I don't think you'll be able to get it off.
