  1. you only need a head shot if your going for a modeling career. if not, it's not required. they care for whats on your resume. use that to sell yourself. in the end they care about what you can do not what your looks can do. =]

    the cover letter that goes to the manager who is going to interview you.

    also include a thank you letter. thank you for taking the time to interview me.

  2. actress almost has it. the letter should be a formal business letter (from your parent if you are under 18).  Never address it to whom it may concern, always address it to an agent at the agency or to the agency or to the casting director to whom it is addressed.

  3. it depends. is this cover letter for an agency? if so, put the agents name. if it is to anyone, put "to whom it may concern".

  4. okay so your cover letter should be

    To whom it may concern,

    Thank you for taking the time to look at this.  i will call in a couple of days to make sure you recieved this package.

    sincerely,

    your name here

    make it short and remember to call so that the agent knows that you mean what you say
