So i have volleyball try out and i an soooooooo nervse.....?

i didnt make it last year but i hope i make it this year but im so nervse how can i not be so nervse?

just think that the rest of the girls are nervous too!! and concentrate on the ball but dont become self-conscious and all that! u'll do fine!

Don't be nervous. Just show the coaches what you got and give it your all. If you really try hard they'll see it in you. Just have confidence and don't be scared of whoever is better than you. You'll learn to better yourself later.

my frind (hoo is not a good vball player) is tryin out agin, and we all no she won't make it.

answer: the way to do that ispractice practice practice. i didn't make this yr, and tha vball coach won't pick any1 that is goin to tryout again. and, i stink @ it. hahaha.

tha coach cut sum1 cuz they may have moved. but thay didnt, and now shes mad.

i had tryouts for cheerleading, and all i did was just think it was a normal practice, because that is what tryouts usually are. if you're good enough, you're good enough. just dont think the entire time "holy c**p, im not gonna make it" instead, think "i deserve this and i'm gonna be the best i can be".

^ oh yeah... thats what i did, and i made varsity as a freshman! :)

girl dont even worry about that its ok to be nervous. just go out there and have fun who cares what any one else thinks. and always remember DONT GIVE UP!!!!!!HAVE FUN.

Well i as nervse this year toooo but i got some friends to lay with me during PE and that really calme my nerves i just got a bunch oj people to play a game with me and at tryouts i remembered how much fun i had and it helped a lot  i did make the team!!

Don't worry i try out this year too & i didn't make it but b4 i went to the try outs i was nerves too but then i found out that i shouldn't be 'cause is just a try out now that if it really means something to you even if you don't make then try to look for some other team out the school & give you're best. Try hard & goooooooood luck!!!!
