  1. Wait another week, but be mindful that if you aren't getting a period and your body isn't showing signs of pregnancy, it could be something more serious. Also, pregnancy tests are never 100% accurate. I had a friend who was 3 months pregnant, didn't have morning sickness, back pain, or anything odd, and any time she took a pregnancy test, it showed up negative.

Your body won't always be able to warn you through a drugstore test.

    Best idea, call your doctor.

  2. I would say a week but if you don't mind spending the money you could try in a few days.  I know I could never wait a week.  Using the first pee in the morning is the best.  I never had a positive result with my daughter for 10 days after my due period. Good Luck

  3. If it been a week, take another test

Use the first urine of the day, it's the best for early pregnancy, and less likely to have a false positive

  4. Yea I'm going through the same thing. I completely missed my period for the month of June as of right now looks like I'm going to miss July also but I've gotten two negative results

  5. How many days past ovulation did you do the HPT?

Try another one at 14 dpo and 16.

If you still haven't gotten a period  go for a pregnancy blood test at your obgyn.  If still negative the doctor can prescribe Prometrium to induce your period.

  6. I would wait a couple of days, then take another.  When I was pregnant with my son I took 3 or 4 all which came back negative.  The only thing positive was the blood work.  So even if the second one is negative and you have no period go see a doc, and get some blood work done.   Good luck.

  7. A week.

  8. how late is your period?
