women take of their bras when they sleep? im 16 and i sleep with mine on, there's nothing wrong right?

Seriously? I'm amazed by this, I know of no-one who does this and it's interesting to see so many reply to say they also do.

But if it's more comfortable for you, it's your choice. How could there be anything 'wrong' with it, as it affects no-one but yourself!

I couldn't sleep with one on, it's too tight and uncomfortable. But if you like it I don't see anything wrong with it. Maybe your b***s will be perkier in the morning.

EDIT: Lyantha, I'm sure that breast cancer thing is a myth. If you look at the cancer society's website, they list all possible causes and there is no mention of sleeping in a bra.

No, there's nothing wrong with it, but it can be uncomfortable, especially if you need an underwire.

some bras are good for different reasons, like a strapless. it could b uncomfortable and u feel free without it on, like wen u havnt slept well in a wile, it feels great wen u do tho

Wearing a bra for extended lengths of time has been linked to higher risk of breast cancer.  I used to wear a bra to bed until I learned this.

I wear a sports bra so I leave it on.
