i don't know what to do, I look like a ghetto homeless dude? The puss and shiet is still inside my pimples. What should I do? Pop them or just leave them be. I have a date as well with this girl tonight. Damnnn man ... Im screwed.

For a quick fix you can place a warm wet tea bag over the area or a cotton ball dipped in lemon juice (don't use lemon juice if you have a sensitive skin). Check out http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/ for more info and home remedies.

This won't make them go away completely - but you could try an aspirin mask.  That seems to take some of the redness away.
