  1.      personally i think that if Anderson does good then the browns will trade quinn midway threw next season or the b4 next season to either the vikings, bears, bucs, chiefs, dolphins, or some other team in need of a quarterback for a conditional draft pick or maybe even for a very good defensive player and they will stick with anderson.

this job is literally andersons to lose...if the browns do well but anderson doesnt..say 15 touchdowns 16 pics which is understandable with such a tough schedule then quinn will start and anderson could be traded by next year or so...to the vikings

  2. There is no downside to having a really good backup QB.  Every player in the league is one awkward hit from being out for the season, or having their careers ended.  For that reason, it's so important to have quality depth, especially at the most important position on the field.  You've got Quinn locked up for years; keep him around as long as you can.

  3. Trade Anderson..You gave nothing for him unlike Quinn.

Brady Quinn will be better for the Browns in the long run. Anderson just can't throw the short pass and when he tries the ball is picked off  a lot. Anderson does have a cannon and I hope he's not a one year wonder, but the way he finished the year last year 11 INT and only 9 TD in the last 8 games. I have to wonder about Anderson.

  4. They should trade Quinn if Anderson plays well this season. He's a good QB, but he'd ask for a ton of money.

  5. A). We have no way of knowing if Quinn is "really good" or not.

B). What's the point of keeping him around? In case Anderson gets hurt, of course.

C). If Anderson continues to play well, Quinn will probably end up traded before his contract expires. But Anderson struggled down the stretch last year, and some Browns' personnel are wondering if he can keep it up for an entire season. I think they still see Quinn as the future, but Anderson can hold that future off for a while if he plays well. If, as you said, the Browns go 11-5 with the brutal schedule they have, they may be forced to trade Quinn.

  6. From what you heard of course is true, we have no idea how good quinn is and you have nothing to lose by keeping him. QB's do go down quick and basically unlike recent years, there is nothing wrong with a young QB sitting for a couple years. Guaranteed if the Anderson idea blows up in the Browns faces this year they will be wishing that Quinn was there. Keep him, wait and see!

  7. The Browns will trade Quinn by the fourth game this season if Anderson is doing well, and Quinn looks good in preseason, to get maximum value for him.

  8. BRady Quinn is BEAT!!, i would trade him cuz hes too good to be a bck-up, i find it funny how the first year of his carreer anderson has a breakout year and now he cant play

  9. I think Quinn will play soon. Anderson will be traded.
