Let's say i am drivning down the interstate to downtown Kansas City, which is where i am from. I get to a stop light..... then I get the old green arrow to make a left hand turn. Out of nowhere some old lady who is like 120 years old motors through the intersection not even seeing the red light. She is so old she shouldn't even have a license. Her car does a front flip and the rear end of here car slams into one of the nitrogen tanks, and ruptures like a mutha fucka. Now there is liquid nitrogen spilling all over and about. By now there is about a 2O car pile up in the middle of intersection. Liquid nitrogen is spilling everywhere. Would everyone freeze just like the guy in T2. and than if cars kept piling into intersection slamming into are frozen statues of a body, would we shatter into pieces?

  1. Almost instantly after meeting the outiside air, the liquid nitrogen would warm up enough to turn into a gas and do no real harm. Besides, any container holding the liquid nitrogen at high enough pressure would not rupture that easily. There is no risk of freezing 20 cars with the amount of liquid nitrogen that you would be able to fit in your car.

  2. Liquid nitrogen, once out of its tank, would no longer be liquid but would immediately turn into a gas, and would dissipate into the atmosphere.

Since normal air is 78% nitrogen anyway, and 20% oxygen with traces of other gases, it wouldn't even upset the air mix and make it hard for people to breathe.

  3. Nope but the frozen pieces of metal, glass or whatever could cause severe injuries to peoples bodies and also it would splatter into peoples eyes but no T2...........

  4. That actually happened to me once and I would have froze to death but when the gasoline tanker hit the little old woman eveything warmed right up

  5. You're last question was better..........and that one sucked.
