Who did? Why didn't someone ever try and figure that out? If they did, I can't find it anywhere... maybe I'm not searching hard enough...

But seriously if you have money like OJ did you can buy your freedom in American with a good lawyer.

Personally don't think he had plan to kill her. Premeditated first degree. He may have found them together and lost it. Second degree. Not saying it would be justified, but it would explain why someone with his very many years of training could not adjust to changing circumstances.  When his children are old enough what really happened may come out. Only person  looking after trial was OJ but that was half-hearted.

The only person who knows for certain who did it is the person that did it.

  In this country, the law states that the accused must be assumed innocent until proven guilty.

The media assumes the accused to be guilty and dismissed any evidence that points to someone else.
