Yes; Tuvalu has water bubbling up through the cracks, and may soon be underwater, but tourists can still visit it by snorkeling. It will still exist by the laws of the sea. So don’t worry about it, its Internet domain will live on.

The oceans have been rising for hundreds of years...... without man's influence.

Just as living at sea-level has its benefits....... it can be a negative when natural climate cycles result in increased ocean levels.
