ok a few months ago i found a lump in ma left breast , i went to the doctor and he said that i had to take it out, i did on the 8th this month, but i have an appoinment on the 28th, i'm kinda scared. no one in my entire family have had cancer. so i hope i'm not the first one.

if i do. i won't let my mom waste her money on me, i'll just wait till i die. I know it's stupid but it's just the way i feel.

btw i'm 18 and it's my senior year.

  1. Left or right breast, a biopsy doesn't mean cancer.  I think that if you had this done on the 8th and you still haven't heard anything that you have nothing to worry about, certainly not dying.

  2. No. A biopsy is a test that looks for cancer.  Most lumps in a young woman's b*****s are non cancerous just due to growth.  I say kudos to the doctor though for taking the lump seriously and doing the biopsy.

I know it is a huge scare but everything will be just fine.  I'm sure it will be something to do with hormones or possibly your intake of caffeine and other chemicals.
