  1. If you are not from Europe, you will have the greatest difficulties to get a working visa. You can say, unless you have a skill needed and are very lucky you will not get a visa at all.

    It is a long and costly process and no employer, who will be the one paying, will go through it for someone who will be a casual worker.

    And even if you would get a working visa, it would be for one country only, so no use for someone traveling around from country to country.

    In short, the kind of travel you dream about is impossible right now.

    You may be able to do it in some other part of the world, depending on where you are from, but in Europe you can only do it when working illegal, and that is no good thing to do.
