So im 21 and a 34 C-cup?

Add im afraid ima get saggy breast. Any exercises i can do to keep them perky?

  1. press your hands together and flex and you must say "i must I must i must in increase my bust...works for me I'm HUUGE...  


  2. Pushups.

    You will sag some naturally and if you have kids they will gorw.

    Just keep doing push up and other chest workouts even benchpresses

    Incline flat and decling pushups and presses.

    They will lift you chest.

    I say from your last post and stuff I say just make a workout routine for your thighs and chest. Yous siad you wanted to change them?

  3. You should try to do pectoral workouts so build muscle in your chest.

    These are some exercises i know:

    LOWER PECS

    a. Lie down on a decline bench. It should be angled at 45 degrees. Make sure that you are comfortable with the angle.

    b. Lift the bar off of its rack and hold it straight up over your chest.

    c. Slowly lower the bar until it touches your chest, then hold it for a second, and then return it to its starting position.

    OUTER PECS

    a. Lie down on your back on a flat bench. Keep your feet on the ground, and hold a dumbbell in each hand. With your arms nearly straight, bring them directly over your shoulders.

    b. Lower both of the dumbbells in a semi-circle type of movement. Be sure to bring them down on a straight path.

    c. Keep on lowering the dumbbells until they are at your shoulder level. When you are at the shoulder level, life the weights back up the same way to your starting position.
