do ppl check their myspace messages evrytime they get on or do they not even look at them. b/c i went to a cookout and met this girl ive liked for the llongest. we were both smiling when we met each other and that night i sent her a message the said

"i had gud time at da cookout. i wish we culdve spent time 2 get 2 kno each other m/b nxt time. i was feelin kinda sick so i really didnt feel like talkin 2 nebody. u have a cute smile and ur really cute.

c u at skool "

shes been on myspace since then but hasnt replied.

yesterday at skool i saw her and she turned to her friend and started talking as soon as she saw me. she was looking at me at the corner of her eyes smiling and laughing and her friend was looking at me the whole with a hes cute look on her face then after they passed her friend turned around and stared at me somemore. so i guess its all good.

when i ask her out since she cheers im going to build a bear and make a cherrbear and write a card that says will you be my cheerleader yes or no.

please tell me what you think about this whole thing

well you can tell if she read it by going to "sent" and seeing if it says "read" next to it

if it does then she read it

and if she read it  and didnt reply then i dont know

i would reply if i liked the guy

but she may be shy...

the thing is if she is still nice to you and talk to you alot then go for it

but dont ask her out if you guys have never talked since the cookout

that would be alittle strange

From a girl's perspective: I've read messages before without responding right away, haha.  Maybe it's to make us appear less desperate/interested or maybe it gives us time to contemplate a proper response. ;)

Either way, from what you say it sounds like she likes you.  I'd probably try to get to know her better before jumping the gun with the bear thing.  Sounds a little early to do that.  Try being friends with her or at least talk to her more.  If you are too forward you might creep her out.

I've gotten bears from guys who I didn't even know liked me and it made things really awkward between us when I had to tell them I wasn't interested.  She may be interested in you, but there's plenty of time to find out... don't rush!
