OMG, the same thing just happened to me yesterday with someone I like. I went with my best friend, and I sat in the middle of the two. He kept leaning over towards me, and at one point our shoulders touched, and I almost freaked, because my heart was beating so fast already. lol.

But I managed to remain cool about it, and things went well. I was hoping I didn't freak out or do or say anything stupid, and I didn't.

Just be yourself and don't sweat it. Have a fun day out and relax. Try to make it so that you get to sit next to the girl you like though..I've been in this situation before and once I wasn't pushy enough lol but the next time I made sure I sat next to her =]  But ya, just have fun and relax.
