  1. well for your cheer leading stiffness it usually go away by its self..you can take a nice hot..bath and get enough of rest while you can. and don't try to move to fast while your body stiffness it just that your muscles and stuff are getting stronger and stronger! but for the weight part maybe i don't know are you eating the right healthy foods cause sum people gain weight and sum lose weight

  2. You need to take some magnesium, calcium and potassium for your muscles and they will also help you lose weight or at least maintain. You will notice all the pain will be gone in less that 24 hours after you take it. Double up for only 5 days if you have been sore for a while.

Make sure youre eating enough protein.

  3. Hot baths will help, or if you have a jacuzzi, that would be a great way to get rid of stiffness. Also there are topical creams you can get from the drug store that help. Also stretching the stiff areas or messages help too.

As for the weight gain, I don't know exactly what you are eating and when, but a lot of the activity you are doing for cheer may be helping you gain muscle mass. Muscle will add more weight to you than fat would, so that may be your cause of weight gain. As for eating, try eating small portions many many times a day. Also eat within the 1st half hour of waking and after exercising. This helps to boost metabolism.
