So im new to this...how do i get friends or fans or ..HELP?

to get friends, you scroll over there avatar and a box will come up saying things like there points, name etc and down the bottom of the box will be add to my contacts and block server. click on add to my contacts to be friends with them.

to get fans someone will ask you to be their friend and they will be one of your fans.

if you see a user you think is cool or like or something just go to their page and add them as a contact. they can add you back. I will be your fan :]
