i dont like him but i really like his brother and so im hoping that if i get on his good side ill get on his brothers good side!

All guys love to talk about themselves (as do all girls).  Ask him about any trips he's been on, music he's into, movies he likes, etc., you'll probably have a hard time shutting him up. lol  Make sure they're open questions that require something more than a yes or a no as a response.  With a little luck, he'll return the favour and ask about you too.

Is there no way to get to his brother without having to talk to this guy first?  Take care this guy doesn't think you're interested in him and it makes things more complicated for you.
