  1. Why would the Jets acquire a living legend to back up a young Cleo Lemon, or a troubled Chad Pennington. Of course Brett Favre is the starting Jets QB.


  2. Yes the jets announced that when he was traded

  3. Yeah he is the guaranteed starting QB. Chad Pennington the Jets previous starting QB was realesed, and is already being looked at my division rival Miami Dolphins. The back up for Brett will be Kellen Clemons who played several games last year.

  10. yes that i the whole point of the trade so he can be staring qb. it would not make sense to trade him if he was not gonna be starting
