  1. lol... nahhh dude...

  2. It was never here to begin with. We're not going to stop hearing about it anytime soon though. Pretty much every major company in the world has invested in "climate change" in some way. Toyota, GE, Boeing, and even companies like GM and Wal-mart would lose a lot if all of a sudden people stopped believing in GW.

Lets just assume GW really isn't real. Who the h**l is going to point it out? The media, the "scientists", and again major corporations are making money off of it. There is absolutely no one (other than the average joe) that will benefit from the GW crisis being over. Even super conservative Fox News now refers to GW as being definitely real. And its all about the money.

  3. NO!!!!!!!!

  4. WHAT global warming what's that? it's freezing here..... the global warming conferance has been cancelled for ice and snow

  5. NO!!!!!

  6. Global warming is still happening, it's just a cold cycle in the Earth's weather cycles.  It has been proven that CO2 holds in heat, causing warming.  Did you know that a while ago they were worried about a mini ice age--that didn't happen.  And I think global warming is making it so it doesn't.

  7. No it's not over.

It may not take a PhD, to understand statistics, data trends, standard deviations, noise, etc., but apparently it does take more math than you've had.

    The 12-month period from 2/2007 - 1/2008 is 0.504 C above the base average (1951 - 1980).

The previous 12-month period from 2/2006 - 1/2007 is 0.574 C above the base average.

That's only a 0.07 C difference and that's well within the expected short-term noise fluctuations.

Global warming isn't about fluctuations caused by La Niña or other short-term weather factors, it's about long-term forcings that are driving the average annual global temperature in the positive direction at a consistent rate of about 0.2 C/decade.

  8. Yes, tomorrow at 3pm, cst.

  9. We have Global Cooling. Read my article or goto http://www.dailytech.com/Temperature+Mon...

  10. baby its just beginning.

  11. No, global warming isn't over. Actually it's getting worse...it really sux, doesn't it?

  12. Its called CLIMATE CHANGE.....

Global Warming is just part of this process

Climate change means extreme weather conditions and changes across the globe some areas will be warmer but there will a lot more extreme events such as Tornadoes, Hurricanes, Flooding and yes even unusual SNOWFALL  in weird places (BAGDAD!)

Would the people who don't have a clue GO and study what the actual facts are about  <<<<<CLIMATE CHANGE>>>>

Please get it right or at least leave it to those who can at least understand the question....

    Thankyou

  13. According to gore it isn't.

  14. haha it's only starting

  15. Yes our little spurt of warmth over the past 30 years has peaked and is falling.

Ken, that's funny that you would call the time period of 1951 to 1980 the base average. It was a well known cold period during the last century. If you take Earth's average temperature over the past .5 billion years, the average is much warmer than it is now.

  16. LOL. Well, I don't know if it's over or not. But the panic that Al Gore and the other alarmists tried to create is finally subsiding. The opposite opinions that were silenced for so long are finally coming forth. It's now common knowledge that many of Gore's facts were nothing but trumped-up claims with no real backing. Yes, the climate is changing, but this isn't a "blame America first" situation. The climate has been changing for a long time, just as it has changed in the past.

  17. Global Warming never started so what is your question?

  18. Yeah! Global Warming went away here also. This year has been cold and lots of snow. OMG! DOES THAT MEAN ANOTHER ICE AGE!? Oh no! I was kind of looking forward to a little warmer temps. Besides I thought the life thrived in a greenhouse and died off (or migrated) in the cold!

  19. No.  The TREND is definitely still up (data below).

But we are having a below average temperature winter.  That happens, some are above average, some below.  But the AVERAGE winter is still getting warmer.

discussed in detail, with confirmation, at:

There's a reason this isn't front page news, and it's not some imaginary "conspiracy".

  20. Well i am starting to become a non-believer too. It snowed twice in the same week in mid January in metro Atlanta. ATLANTA! It has not snowed there at least 5+ years. And today, it snowed a little also!

But then again, last week the high was somewhere in the 80's. And in August we had the hottest weather on record. I think it was 18 days of 100+ degree weather. Ouch.

  21. My bet is you would listen to a PhD anyway. I say you have no idea what makes a trend. It was no the first time in recorded history Baghdad has seen snow. Look it up.
