All of my bones crack. i'm not sure why but i dont do it on purpose either. For example, my toes crack when i walk and my knees crack when i bend down. Or when i wake up in the morning to stretch by elbows pop. It doesn't hurt but like i dont think its normal. I was raised vegetarian, so that may have something to do with it. I had a poor diet growing up but i'm not vegetarian so much anymore and i don't eat junk food as much as i used to. But any reason why it does that?
