  1. i think its only been one day and you should give it a little longer.

  2. Irregular periods are common in fat women.

  3. it's okay to be a couple days late on your period, that's normal.  it's not an exact science.

once your a week or more late, you can start to worry.

  4. Dont panic! You're probably just late

  5. if you know 110 % your not prego, then relax. The more you stress the later it will come. I will go 6 months absolutely on time then skip a month and then start back up. don't freak.

  6. Wait another few days and you will come on.

  7. wait at least 2 weeks then take a test...i wouldnt worry right now ur only a day late good luck!

  8. Even if you're regular, sometimes your period is off by a day or two- its totally normal. If you were cautious and safe when you had s*x then you probably have nothing to worry about. Wait a day and see if your period shows up. If you still don't have it by the weekend, take a pregnancy test so you can rule that out. Occassionally, women on the pill build up a tolerance to the birth control (its happened to me twice) and it can s***w up your cycle, even if you were regular. Check with your gyno in a week if you still haven't gotten your periods to check for irregularities or to try another BC. Good luck!

  9. It probably is in your head.  If you're not on the pill it's easy for your cycle to be off for a few days, but as long as it continues to come around the same time it normally would, you'll be fine.  Get on the pill!

  10. you're only 1 day late. Stop worrying. If you don't get it in the next week or two, then test.
