Forget all the past heroes of Indian cricket....on a good day I could have done better than them, let's now stop and thank the lads for their great performances. T20 may not be for them but that doesn't mean we reduce them to the scrap heap.

  1. I agree with Manukumar. They have more than one lakh runs between them. They have won matches for India, playing with great commitment.

Also Dravid has scored 329 runs in IPL till Chennai match. so u can't say he can't perform in t20. He is in top10 of run scorers.

Also sourav ganguly has fired on a few occassions.

Sachin's 65 against Kings11 was very good also.

They are greatest of cricket and they can play every format.

If they retire, they will be missed greatly, because of their contributions not only in recordbooks but also in making cricket India's home game

  2. Who says T20 is for the new kids. You know what jayasurya`s age is and that of shanewarne and of muralitharan and of Mcgrath and of mike hussey and of adam gilchrist......

    Its not age that matters.

  3. Your question is ambiguos. I couldn't understand whom you want to forget, and whom you want to thank. But anyway, it's good that you realized the worth of these 3 outstanding legends. You are right this time. They may not have shone in T20s, but let's not forget their contributions, and the committment with which master blaster, bengal tiger, and the wall served the Indian team for all these years. Age weakens everybody, and the youths of today, who are seeking to replace Sachin, Sourav, and Dravid would also ultimately suffer the same fate. Retirement is inevitable, but that doesn't mean that their talent, and the the outstanding level of perfection which they have shown should be dishonoured.

I really owe a hearty  thanks to the awesome trio of Sachin, Dada, and of course Rahul, for having enriched Indian cricket by their sheer skill, and splendour of their batting. I convey my full regards to the big 3. We will miss you Dada, Sachin, and Dravid-we will miss you a lot when you retire.
