So much pain i cant sleep?

i had dental surgery two days ago and im in complete agony. ive taken twice the amount of paracetomol recommened for me (1000mg) and i still cant sleep because of the pain.. please help

paracetamol may not be a good med for dental pain. I prefer taking mefenamic acid (like Ponstan) 500mg,

Overdosing yourself on medication is not going to help. It can cause other problems that you don't want. You need to talk with the doctor/dentist that did the surgery so that he can see what the problem is and can also prescribe stronger pain medicine for you.

Call your dentist immediately. You should not be in so much pain that you can't sleep.
