Question:

So much to do ... so little time?

I want to do a lot of things. like practice painting and sketching as much as I can since I am planning to get a degree in fine arts (some day) , craft work (just for fun), making fashion designing portfolios (i just feel so passionately about fashion designing), self studying Social Psychology (planning to get a Master's degree in that too) , developing healthy eating habits, incorporating regular exercise in my routine, be an early riser, be more inclined towards my religion, lose weight (I can save that for later when I have had a baby) etc...

the thing is I can't get my mind off each of them... I mean all of them seem equally important to me right now ... I feel like the world is going to end if I skip any one of these ... and I really really want to get into doing each of the things I mentioned ... but I can't seem to be able to prioritize them ... it's really really overwhelming for me to take out the list of the things I want to do and go through it prioritizing...

I am stuck ... so any advice?

  1. That's OK. Go ahead. I do not mind.

  2. You have to sit down a make a list of everything you want to do. I notice if I really write it down It does something hang it on your fridge and pick one task and accomplish it. Mark it off its really as simple as that just start on one thing at a time for long term goals start with one and continue it then slowly add in additional short term fun things like crafts.

for example say Im soing to start with getting up every morning at 8:00 and go for a walk make that a habit then add in other things slowly
