So much war at the moment, are we on the brink of WW3?

So much hatred in the world and many want reenge on others (country wise) are we getting close to another world war?

That would be WW4 or WWIIII, World War Three was the proxy war between the United States and allies vs The Soviet Union and its allies that ran along side of the Cold War and cost at least 20,000,000 lives. Terrorism could be a global conflict because the source of radical Islam comes from the same source as all the others in 1914 (look it up people it is an important year in world history).

As al Qaeda, Taliban and Iran unified; the whole world will be in trouble.

This morning (in China Time): terrorists (possibly the Chinese al Qaeda branch - ETIM) have attacked a police station and killed 24 police. This was in order to stop Olympic Game.

Olympic was merely a game but why so many attack on the Chinese side. It seems that terrorists just wanted some excuse to destroy the whole world.
